Shipping & returns

Standard Carrier Shipping:

We typically ship orders within 2 business days for in-stock items.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM PDT typically ship same day.
Large orders and non-stock items are typically shipped within 5-10 business days.
Combination orders may be split into multiple shipments.

We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx depending upon current rates.

IN MOST CASES WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES UNLESS NOTED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. ITEMS THAT ARE SHIPPED IN USPS FLAT RATE BOXES CAN BE SHIPPED ANYWHERE IN USA.  WE CAN NOT SHIP IN FLAT RATE BOXES OUTSIDE THE USA.

We provide free shipping for most of our items that ship via carrier to help provide clients actual costs for products.  We do not present any price guarantees.

Motor freight shipping: We provide actual shipping costs and do not charge any handling fees.  We typically ship with the lowest cost motor freight carrier using Unishippers, Freightquote or other freight brokering services as needed. We can typically have motor freight orders shipped within one week from order date. Transit times to destination may vary, and typically DO NOT have guaranteed arrival times. Guaranteed arrival shipping requires an upcharge. Liftgate service and residential delivery also requires and upcharge.  Please request guaranteed shipping and include ALL motor freight services desired when order is placed if transit times are crucial, shipment is not dock to dock and/or you need liftgate service, and we will provide a correct quote for such orders.  We will NOT be held responsible for issues regarding shipping services, such as delay of shipments or damage to pallets or products which occur during shipping.  Please address these issues directly with the shipper. We have no control of products after they ship, and assume NO responsibility/liability for shipments once they leave OUR dock.

We accept returns for orders ONLY if they were processed incorrectly. If you received the wrong product, please contact us to get an RMA before returning ANY products.

Orders CAN NOT be canceled after being shipped in ANY case. Order cancelations after shipment WILL be ignored if delivery is accepted and product(s) are not returned.  Clients wanting to cancel an order must refuse shipment, and return product at your own cost for refunds. We will typically process such refunds within 30 days. NO refunds will be accepted if RMA was not provided.
